La Cubana Entrée – 12 .95
To share the flavors of Cuba, we offer sliced, Cuban-style roast pork covered in our house-made Mojito sauce, fried plantains, and Cuba’s most famous dish, Moors and Christians (black beans and rice). The meal is completed with a slice of Cuban bread.
Cuban Sandwich – 9.95
First we roast a whole pork loin in our Signature Mojo Sauce, slice it thinly and layer it with ham, cheese, pickles, onion and mustard for a wonderful sandwich on Cuban bread. Pressed on the Panini grill. Served with a side of potato chips.
Cuban Black Bean Soup - 5.75 bowl/4.75 cup
Black beans are a staple of Cuban cuisine. We slow simmer Black Beans in Cuban spices with a touch of Olive oil and served over white rice. Hearty and delicious. Served with our house made Cheese Wafers.
Fried Plantains – 4.50
Sweet ripe plantains, sliced and fried to perfection. Enjoy 6 plantain slices as a side order
Tres Leche Cake – 5.00
This is a light, airy sponge cake soaked with a mixture of three types of milk – evaporated, sweetened condensed, and heavy cream.
